After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
SEUMP Trust reserves the right to review and approve or reject any refund request based on the circumstances.
Note : Refunds for voluntary donations cannot be issued except in cases of duplicate payments, fraudulent transactions, or technical errors.
