Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SEUMP Education, Welfare, and Charitable Trust (SEUMP), we deeply appreciate your generosity and commitment to supporting marginalized communities. As a non-profit organization, we ensure that all donations are used effectively for the intended welfare programs. However, we understand that under exceptional circumstances, a refund request may arise.

Refund Eligibility

  • 01 Incorrect Amount : If an incorrect amount is charged due to a technical error, we will initiate a refund.
  • 02 Fraudulent Transaction : If a transaction is found to be unauthorized or fraudulent, we will process a refund after verification with our payment gateway provider.
  • 03 Technical Issues : If a technical failure causes an unsuccessful transaction but the donor is charged, a refund will be issued.

Refund Process

The donor must email a refund request within 7 days of the transaction to [Your Support Email], providing the transaction details (date, amount, payment method, and reason for refund).

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

SEUMP Trust reserves the right to review and approve or reject any refund request based on the circumstances.

Note : Refunds for voluntary donations cannot be issued except in cases of duplicate payments, fraudulent transactions, or technical errors.
